Became trapped in the Suez Canal June 1967 during the six day war between Egypt & Isreal.
Ownership transferred to Agapenor War Risks Ltd in 1968.
Vessel remained in the Great Bitter Lake with other trapped ships until the canal reopened in 1975 when she was towed to Trieste, Italy to discharge her cargo.
Subsequently sold to Greek owners who had her refitted and returned to service.
