The banks of the River Clyde at Glasgow have a number of modern buildings , at Pacific Quay we have the Imax Cinema, the Glasgow Science Centre and the Glasgow Tower. In the foreground is the elegant Bells Bridge, built originally for the Glasgow Garden Festival in 1988.
A winter sunrise puts a glow on the snow covered mountains behind a distant Helensburgh.

A'ROSA BLU one of the many cruise liners that visit Greenock during the summer outbound on an August evening. The world's last ocean going paddle steamer, the busy PS WAVERLEY, meets the departing A'ROSA BLU as the paddler heads upriver to Glasgow.
